Remarks
The university is consistent with their growth and is one of the few institutes that provide the degree that I was pursuing. Though, it does cost a bomb but, the one year course will give you exposure to many opportunities that one can pursue after graduation.
Course Curriculum Overview
The one year course entails 5 papers that were teaching the international affairs of the world. Some of the subjects even touched on the Indian politics as well. However, as I had my sole interest in international relations, I was satisfied with the curriculum especially with the subject called, law of international sales of goods.
Placement Experience
There is presence of only a placement officer. The placement drive does not get enough company participation therefore, the university is still working on establishing themselves to attract companies to participate in the recruitment process. There is no internship possibility in the university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the university is costly. Tentatively Rs.400000/- is charged for the year. This amount in not inclusive of the admission fee. The university is a private institute therefore, they would charge higher amount to their students for the facilities and infrastructure they provide to the students. Campus Life
The university holds sessions with outside organizations from time to time. Some of them are interactive sessions, competitions and some sports tournament are also conducted. Occasionally, guest lectures also take place that are of great help to know what the student can do with his degree and the future plans.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel and mess charge would be additional amount to the fees. A written request needs to be send during the process of admission for a hostel facility. However, the availability of room in the campus cannot be assured.
Admission
First, I got my bachelor's law degree in place in which I had scored 70%. Thereafter, I went in for the online registration to appear for the Common Law Admission Test that is conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The university took into account my CLAT score. The application fee for my course was Rs.1,000/-. Only 17 seats were available for my course so, I had to go for coaching classes to be completely prepared for the exam.
Faculty
The program I had taken up was for only one year. The professors were few in number but, they would able to teach us the subjects properly. One of the benefits I received in the university is the exhaustive researching and finding out the international business operations and make presentations of them.
