Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed keeping in mind the challenges of today. The students are given ample time to understand the concepts and also implement them appropriately. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester.

Placement Experience

The college has 100% placement record and all the students are placed in leading five star properties. Most of the students are taken in for internship by the five start hotels at the end of final year an they continue working there.

College Events

The college plans its own independent event in the month of May. There are also many contests that the college conducts and other college students participate in them. The event is very famous and most students look forward to this.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee is feasible and the course fee is 2 lakhs for the entire course and the students must pay the fee at the beginning of each academic year. Students can avail bank loan facility for making the fee payment too.

Campus Life

The campus is really large with other courses inside the same campus. The building is tall and hosts arts and science college too. The Kitchen and house keeping departments have the latest equipment students would need.

Admission

The admission process is done via the entrance exam conducted by the college. After the entrance exam, the students are selected based on the scores from the 12th standard exam and the entrance exam results.

Faculty

The faculty are very experienced and they are all professionals in what they do. They ensure that that the students are well rehearsed in the concepts and they make sure that they impart a good attitude among the students.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
