Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is pretty updated and had the necessary of practical sessions, necessary for the hands-on learning. The library consists of a collection of books from different disciplines.
Placement Experience
The placements are pretty good here just because of the training and placement programs. Students are placed in India and abroad. Most of the recruiters include reputed hotels and some management companies.
College Events
The college will be attending in various competitions, and other colleges come to Srinivas for competitions which are conducted by the respective college. There will be an independent fest for the Srinivasans in the month of March. There will be HOG food fest and an annual day at Srinivas Engineering College which is on the outskirts of M'lore. The college provides hostel which is in car street. We have to come by the college bus from hostel to college which is charged in fee. The campus is average, not very good. It is as per expectations.
Fee Structure And Facilities
First year fee for my B.Sc program is around 76K, and the total course fee I paid was around 2 lacs. The college is pretty much affordable in terms of fees structure. Facilities include all the basic amenities like auditorium, seminar hall, fully air-conditioned rooms and labs.
Campus Life
The college is in Bangalore, Pandeshwar. Connectivity is good and it has a 4-floor building that includes the hotel management, physiotherapy college, MBA, B.Com BCA, etc., colleges. They offer 4-year degree course that is BHM, 3-year course of B.Sc. HM, 1-year course, that is diploma in hotel management.
Admission
Admission is on the basis of the joint entrance test. The college is near to my house because I opted for my college.
Faculty
Faculty is very helping and supportive. Special thanks to the faculty members. They are very well experienced. A training session of 120 days is conducted to train the students for the interview process. The faculty are well trained and experienced here. They teach you very well. There are practical labs and classes. The classes start from morning 9 am to 12.20 pm and will be having lunch break till 2 pm, and again, the classes will be there from 2 pm to 4 pm. There will be practicals for 3 days in a week. There will be a morning session or noon session depends on the timetable set by the faculty.
