The course of BTECH in Dairy Science is of the total duration of 4 years program having 8 semesters in total. The recommended books are written in very simple language with a detailed concept from basics to research oriented. In initial years we have to study the whole concept of farming with basics and after that the whole concentration of the curriculum focuses on the research of dairy science through various research projects on new technologies, assignments etc. as a part of the curriculum .

Placement and job opportunities are good after having a degree program from this institute. The top recruiting companies that visit our campus every year are Amul, Vidhya Dairy, etc . Opportunities get more broaden after pursuing higher studies.

Fees of the college is quite feasible and in contrast to comparing other colleges and the opportunities provided by the university , the fees seems to economical and easily affordable. You will never regret for the investment made in this university as the returns are good after having the degree program. It costs me around 30,000 per year which sums to be a total of 1.20 lakhs for the whole duration of program.

Workshops and seminars are organized by the university every year on recent topics and technologies related to farming and dairy science . Various extracurricular activities , CCA activities , Cultural events as well as sports activities , annual sports and tournaments are organized by the university every year. The campus is totally ragging free campus resulting in green environment.

Admission in my college is based on entrance examination . Interested candidates have apply for the courses through the official website of the college . The eligible candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria of securing 40% aggregate in PCM in 10+2 have to appear for the entrance examination GUJCET and final selection is based on the score of entrance test.
