Best College for Law Students

The college has beautiful infrastructure includes garden, digital classrooms, library with modern and latest books, a big auditorium for several presentations, hostels for both boys & girls, cafeteria and much more. The college is situated in green and clean city Gandhinagar of Gujarat. The place has many gardens, temples and lots of places to chill and enjoy for students.

This is a post graduation course of 1 year divided into 2 semesters. The course combine both coursework and research. This degree enhances one's repute as the course signifies advanced, specialized legal training and it also signifies that a person is qualified to work in a multinational legal environment. Overall the course is little stressing and hectic as the course involves so much part of theory.

Mostly students in law prefer practice by their own instead of placed in companies. Still, college has its set of tie ups with banks and law firms that needs lawyers. Some recuriting banks and lawfirms like Reserve Bank, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Trilegal India, Khaitan& Co etc give placement opportunity to students based on their acdemic scores and how they did in their interview.

The total fees of this one year course is 137,500 which is expensive. The fees is neither economical nor feasible in our college. All facilities and best internship opportunities in top banks and law firms are given by college. Only the negative point is fees which is little expensive and not affordable to students from low income family.

There are many extracurricular activities organised in our college like literary competitions such as poem & writing competitions, moot court competitions, law awareness programmes etc. There are many societies and clubs formed by college faculties for different activities includes youth parliament, debate and declamations societies, moot court competitions, law awareness programmes, women's rights society, human rights clubs and much more.

I opt for LLM as this degree help lawyers in specialization. This course can open doors to teaching, professional research and policy work. I got admission in Masters of Law on the basis of my score in CLAT examination and bachelor's degree followed by personal interview.

The faculty of the college includes some really distinguished professors and even the visiting faculty is pretty good. They give empasis on teaching students every bit of information known to them. Along with academics they also give us practical knowledge and organised various activities in classrooms for development of our personalities.
