Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is in adherence with what is required in the progressive medical world. Special emphasis is put on the various techniques of anesthesia used, technique to anesthetize a patient and solutions in emergency cases.
Placement Experience
Our medical college is itself associated with a renowned hospital in the city of Bangalore. Students successfully completing their PG degrees are offered work in house in the hospital. Training and internship are provided in house as is the case with any medical college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure for the three year course of DNB in any specialization is 63,000 Rs, divided over the course of three years. Very few medical colleges in India will provide quality medical education at such a low fees. This makes the degree worth every penny.
Campus Life
The laboratories are highly standardize and maintained with all the necessary equipments, medical instruments and surgical instruments. Practical exams and research are completely feasible in labs of such high quality and management.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel are present at the campus for both boys and girls. Hostels are also available off campus just a little away from the college. The rooms are available on the sharing basis, of four, three, two and one person. The fees of the hostel is a little on the higher side due to the costs in the city of Bangalore, but the accommodation is comfortable.
Admission
For admission in DNB program, an MBBS degree with minimum 50% aggregate percentage is required. Also the qualifying entrance examination, DNB-CET is required to be given, seats in the college for DNB program are given on the basis of score and rank achieved, through a counselling round.
Faculty
The faculty of the college responsible to my course is vastly experienced. Time and time again when I had problems in understanding concepts and completing assignments, my professors were there for me to help out.
