Akshit Marwah's Review On Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute Of Management And Research - [BVIMR], New Delhi

Entrance exam for MBA is the BMAT. This exam is taken on a national basis and is valid for all constituent colleges of Bharati Vidyapeeth University offering MBA. I got 394 out 500 as my BMAT score. As it is close to my house and i love Delhi thats why i chose BVIMR.

Various companies also come for the summer internship which is a part of the 2nd semester in MBA. Companies like Ernst & Young offering 7000 per month, Gojavas offering 10, 000 per month, Weding Plz offering 4, 000 per month, JCB with no stipend were some of the companies who came. I did my summer internship in a e commerce company named Gonoise.com in the operations department and got 10, 000 per month as the stipend. I got this internship through internshala and i was in the warehouse and supply chain dept of the company.

The placement drive usually starts around November, and our CRC team (corporate resource centre) helps srudent to get olaced in various companies. The student before the start of the placement drive submit an undertaking and also give in their area of interest. The usual companies that come to the camous for final recruitment are ICICI bank offering 4 to 5 lpa for finance, Schindeler with 3 to 4 lpa for marketing, Koenig solutions for sales, trainers, HR iffering 4 to 5 lpa, Capital IQ with 4.5 to 5 lpa for research analyst, vistara airlines for marketing domains with 3.5 to 4 lpa.

There are various events celebrated Renaissance - College Fest, International Conference, Blood Donation Day, Paristhiti - Research paper presentation, Sports Day, Milap - Alumni meet, along with guest lectures and industry exoerts visit.

The fees per annum for the MBA course in BVIMR is around 2 lakhs oer annum for the general category and 2.5 lakh per annum for the management category.

There is a student loan which is offered through the Bharati Sahakari bank at a very minimum RoI. There us no schlorashio scheme of any kind offered.

There is a very active alumni network named United Bretgern and it is made sure that the alumni meet Milap happens every year withoit fail. This alumni group is also very active on social media.

There are 2 internal exams conducted covering 50% syllabus and the entire syllabus for the University exam in a semester. Marks are also allocated on the basis of class participation, assignmenet, attendance. The classes held in computer lab were really fun.

Faculty at BVIMR is very professional and dedicated. Majority of the faculty is Phd holders and rest of them are in progress of completing their degree. Faculty even expalins after college hours if a concept is not understood and is easily reachable after college hours.
