Review on Medical College

Campus is blessed with greenery and proud trees in centre which ages more than 100 years. Campus is well facilitated with library, auditorium, playground, garden, labs with all latest and required equipments. Also, college provides various events for entertainment of students. College has a huge patient inflow. For hostellers there's always a intrinsic connection to the college with the after dinner night walks. This is just a glimpse into the kaleidoscope life at our institute.

MD pediatrics is a 3 year post graduate course. The course provides medical and paramedical education to the students to ensure overall development of theortical and practical skills. Overall the course gives pressure and stress but once you go look those beautiful innocent faces it lightens up your day. The difficult thing about this course is kids cannot tell you what and where the problem is, so students need to have a very sensitive and investigative approach to find out what's wrong.

This course doesnt provide any campus placement. Students after completing their masters apply their knowledge by getting into practice with their own setup or can join a multispeciality hospital. Some of my batchmates are in gov. sector posted in CHC's as a specialist. Some of them joined NGO like WHO and UNICEF, they are working for betterment of the world. Well I am working as a assistant professor in Medical College. We all are happy with our jobs and earning well.

The total fees of MD in pediatrics is 9,903,000 for three years. Students can give this huge amount in installments of 3,300,000 per year which makes fee structure little feasible. Overall the fee structure is high and not economical as there are only 5 seats available in this course.

Apart from studies there are lots of extracurricular activities are organised for entertainment and fun. On Annual cultural event, college fests, college sports day, and on various events activities like sports, dance, fashion shows, antakshri, rangoli competitions, creativity competitions like fireless cooking are organised. All students of colleges attended and participated in these all activities. The campus life is bliss in this college.

I select MD Pediatrics as my career as pediatrics is very sought after branch in India and there are very good and satisfying opportunities for students. I got admission in PG programme on the basis of my marks in NEET - PG Examination followed by counselling process. There is 10 percent relaxation in marks for SC/ST and OBC category students.

Faculties are best in our college. They all are world class professors from highly reputed colleges. All are members of reputed scientific communities in India and abroad. Regularly they attend various national & international seminars. Overall faculties are really good in coveying the knowledge.
