Course Curriculum Overview

It is the National Institute of India. The course curriculum is based on NITS rules and regulations. Semester Exams Mid Term Exam Unit Unit Test Mini Projects Each semester. There will be less credit for every aspect of each semester.

Placement Experience

Okay. My department has 100% placement. Don't worry too much if other branches know to code. No, my college is newly founded and it does not offer internships now, but it helps to get them this year. One student got an internship at Microsoft.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Overall, I can say is that this is practical because the fee is reduced for students based on their family income. 1 lakh students get full fee deduction for tuition as family income is low. A student with a family income of between 1-5L Guest 2/3 and a family income greater than 5L should pay in full.

Campus Life

The Technical Come Cultural Festival is called the Ogre Festival, which is tentatively scheduled for the last week of March. The number of participants is about 1000. The festival is popular in the state and is celebrated all over the state. In our time, we held the ISRO Exhibition, which was the first ISRO Exhibition in the state.

Admission

I got admission in 2016. That year I passed the JEE (Main) exam and got a good ranking in the exam. Until that year, the rank was based on the 12th board marks and the JEE main marks. While 93.6 is a good mark on boards, Personatile is not enough to boost your rank. My assessment rank is not enough to reach me for some of the top NITs with the best branch. So in counseling I choose any available option depending on my branch preferences. In the Sixth Counseling Council, I was assigned to the NIT Manipur CSE Branch. It was a great trip though.

Faculty

Not all college students rely heavily on their faculty, so this is the case. Educators are new here, so don't expect too much from them, learn from you online and in books. But some teachers are helpful they even take extra classes to clear the doubts of the students.

Remarks:

It's the best college in Imphal.The environment of the college is charming to look at. Though the infrastructure is not so good, the faculty members are well trained and experienced one. Respective science department is well equipped with the required equipments which no other college in Imphal have. It has ATM Booth in the campus and also has two- three canteen inside the campus. It's proximity with my home is another factor. I opted science as I love this subject.
