Course Curriculum Overview
There were 4 to 5 subjects per year with the total two years of the course. Examination were conducted in the form of internal and external with the practical examination. The percentage was on the basis of our final examination and practical examination. Simulation teaching was held regularly to train the budding teachers.
Placement Experience
The placements used to be arranged at the end of second year properly but many teachers were already working by the onset of second year through their internships. Schools like government school, Kendriya Vidyalaya, GDGoenka came to interview. Selection was on the basis of study performance and self merit. All of the students were placed with an average package of Rs.6 lakhs per annum since this was a professional degree.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total course fee was around Rs.80,000 approximately which was feasible with the exposure provided. The fee could be submitted semester wise in the form of off-line method called demand draft or online method like card payments. No cash was accepted at the University. The fee did not include any hostel or travel fee
Campus Life
We had more girls than boys at the campus and it was a very safe and secure environment. Students came from different backgrounds, they used to arrange clubs for the extra co-curricular activities where we could take part. The libraries were fully equipped with the labs on the playgrounds were spacious enough to play all the sports.
Admission
After I completed my bachelor in English I applied to this college through their official website where the application form was available. The details were filled and I was called upon the campus to confirm my admission and submit the authentic documents.
Faculty
All of the teachers were very helpful and provided a good base of education to the budding teacher. The faculty was very polite and humble, they had exposure in various fields and share their experiences with us. They provided as the recommendation letter for the internships and jobs ahead.
