Union Christian Training College came into existence with the combined effort of seven propaganist societies and churches to meet the necessary demand of the society of trained and experienced teachers in Christian Secondary Schools in West Bengal. It is one of the oldest colleges in West Bengal and carves out trained teachers for the development of the society.
