Remarks

It is an average college in terms of infrastructure. The college helps the students to build their career by lending their support. It works on the personality development of the students time to time.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a three year course in law. It has all the subjects related to law. Some of them are administrative law, family law, company law etc. which covers all the areas of legal studies. It is approved by NAAC.

Placement Experience

There are private as well as public companies that visits the campus for recruitment. They offer a good job profile with a decent salary. There are students who also join their family business as a legal associates.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee structure for the three year is ? 7,647. It can be paid in three instalments. The first year charge is 2,549. It is really affordable and can be easily paid by the students. It is a minimum fee charged by the college.

Campus Life

There are students who excel in academics as well as sports. They have represented the college at national events. They also participate in cultural events like dancing, singing, painting etc. every year.

Admission

The filling of application form can be done online as well as offline. The students are required to have 10+2+3 passing certificate to appear for entrance examination. On the basis of exam, students are shortlisted for the admission .

Faculty

The faculty members are well qualified in their respective subjects. They conduct interactive sessions for the students where we can clarify our doubts. They plan their lectures so that they can impart maximum amount of knowledge.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite ok in NLU Odisha, mainly company visit the campus during final year of student for placement. Many students secure Pre Placement offer while internship during their penultimate year or last year. I think average package will gone upto 7-8 Lakh per annum.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for campus placements. As the Law department is newly opened, there is no direct placement. We have to go through internships and there after assessment internships to grab the PPO. Till now some of the alumni of the law department have placed in tier 1 law firm which is a very good sign about the placement cell of law school.

The placement are good as per my knowledge and inside college discussions, and the students are eligible to sit for placement after completion of 4th semester of LL.B program and after 8 semester of 5 years BA LLB. Mainly tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 botique law firms come for recruitment and certain companies dealing in banking sector and mining sector come for in-house counsel recruitment. Even is one does not get placed in companies and firms, the can apply in the offices of best legal minds of country and become associate in their chambers, they do pay well. ULC Bhubaneswar is gem!!

NLU's are my first choice and NALSAR definitely. Dur to reserved system, even after a rank of 7800, i couldn't find myself a seat.
