Remarks

It had been a great experience for me to engage myself with this college and have such a nice experience for such a long time. In these seven years, I have made connections with numerous faculties and also made numerous friends with whom I will have a lifelong bond.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is of 7 years which includes the masters for 2 years and research work for five years. In these 7 years, students will study every subject that is generally present separately in each of the masters and the PhD however the system of teaching these subjects would be different in the integrated course.

Placement Experience

5

Since it is an integrated course students will automatically finish their Ph.D. work with the completion of the course. Students can either apply to different organizations with the help of the placement opportunities of the college or they can also choose a different career option for themselves.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tuition fee for the first and second years is Rs. 15000 each, for the third and fourth years is Rs. 25000 each, for the 5th, 6th, and 7th year are Rs. 28000 each. Being an integrated course it can be said that this is a much feasible fee structure as compared to what the fee structure would have been if these two courses were taken separately.

Campus Life

The college where supportive of celebrating different kinds of occasions such as Independence Day, Republic Day, and other events which included sports or even cultural functions. Students were encouraged to take part in these events and also to enjoy to their heart's content.

Admission

The course for integrated PhD in material science is only offered in the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research for the August session. Students will be able to find the information regarding this program in the month of February or March every year.

Faculty

5

The faculties for this course are mostly experienced and have been teaching these subjects for a long time. They are very helpful and ensures that it does not become too much of a pressure for the students to get a grasp of the subjects that are present in the integrated course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1st i opted for b.pharm but once i got to know about pharm.d it shifted my focus, well Pharm.D is much bigger and deeper course as compared to b.pharm and m.pharm, there is an subject (pharmacotherapy) which is exclusive only for pharm.D , the course will bring in depth knowledge about drugs, manufacturing, storing, pharmacokinetics and dynamics, one thing i'd like to change is the practical knowledge, i would like to add more in depth practical knowledge, more exposure to the students in every aspects needed. The course is too big but with proper guidance and knowledge it feels easy.
