Remarks

Our college is fantastic, from the faculty to the facilities or placements every thing is very good. The course curriculum is also amazing, we get to explore and experience a lot more through it. And we become more confident with our work.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum include internship along with the course within a year and it's a must, we have been taught various cooking techniques here. Some of the important subjects are quality food production techniques as well as industrial training is a part of it.

Placement Experience

3.5

We have very good opportunities of jobs. As there are very good in campus placements. We have been provided with internship opportunities also through which we may get job if we work well.!! Many students have been placed from single batches in a bunch of numbers from here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

However the fee structure is quite expensive for Diploma In Professional Cookery it's a course of just a year costing Rs. 50,000 and also there are also some other fee payments too in extra which the college take.

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities conducted here, as for the good experience of students. My college also have collaboration with IHG academy which help us the local kerala residents to explore hospitality more. We are provided with industrial visits. Also the total number of seats is 30 per batch its first come first serve system here. However early seat reservation is available, but There is no inequalities on the basis of religion gender or race.

Admission

We can get admission here for this course Diploma In Professional Cookery after qualifying 10th academic examination, but I have done it after 10+2 academic examination as I am doing my graduation from open and I want to open other career options for me and I love cooking it's my passion so i chose to do it.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is very helpful to us they help us with cooking. And teach us various professional cooking techniques in a practical manner. They are also well qualified in this field of cookery. They are great mentors for us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Placement Experience:

Placement are not the best. But EY , federal bank, TCS are some the prominent companies that are coming. The negative thing about placement is most of them are offering marking jobs. So if you are someone who is interested in operations this is not the collage you want to in.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Placement Experience:

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
