My college review

The motive of our curriculum was to understand the health and disease of the human body with reference to the theories and concepts of medicines and management. We had to take part in training and research which helped us to focus on our respective field.

Our placement is moderate, many government hospitals recruit students from our campus. Few of my seniors were provided the opportunity to work as State epidemiologist, microbiologist, Research Officer.

The amount i had to pay for my curriculum was around Rs.2 lakhs. Our college had average fee structured for most of the courses compared to other colleges in Karnataka .I had to pay the fee on yearly basis.

We have both international and national conference ,connecting with many scholars across the world.We had to make a payment for attending this conferences through a demand draft in favor of college.We had seminars on benefits of herbal medicine which continued for two long days.

Yes, i opted for hostel, we girls were provided with 10 rooms in our hostel, boys hostel were comparatively better than ours, but anyhow we were provided with round the clock water facility, good internet connection.Cleanliness is continuously maintained by the house cleaning department.

I had to register in the college's website with all my academic details, once registration was completed i was informed to seat for NIUM-PGET entrance exam based on which selection was done. The eligibility criteria for admission is any student with bachelor's degree in medicine with 50% marks.

Our faculty helps us with our research based studies, they arrange seminar which continues for two days to develop the culture of documenting adverse effects, improve patient care and safety in relation to the use of medicine.
