Memories in NIUM

In Short... If you want to graduate in medical sciences with lot of skillset and knowledge this college is for you. College taught us a lot and it benefits a lot in our future life. According to me, Everyone must prefer this college for MS.

The course duration is of 3 years. In that 3 years, students got all the knowledge about surgery and medical sciences. College was full of different facilities.College had a big library with plenty of books, laboratories with all the equipments and large classrooms.

Placement and job opportunities were ok. Mostly students prefer to open their own hospitals after post graduation. Many students were selected in government hospitals and few of students go for the placements. Although, different hospitals visited college every year to select the students.

Fee structure was also quite less than other post graduation Institutes. The college fees was about 55000 Rs. Per year. Different scholarship schemes available for talented and rankers. According to me, talented faculty and facilities was the reason behind this fees.

Extracurricular activities were the backbone of the college. To improve students and their skills this activities perform a vital role. Different workshops arranged by the college on medical practicals. Guest lectures on medical sciences also conducted by the college which definitely helped us a lot.

The college had 2 hostels. One for boys and another was for girls. The rules and regulations of the hostel was too strict. Hence, most of the students didn't prefer the college hostel. Also the fees of the hostels was quite high.

National Institute of Unani Medicine - [NIUM] is well known Institute in banglore for post graduation medical courses like MD, MS. Everyone wants to graduate from here. I also have same dream. Hence after completing my graduation my admitted here for MS on merit basis.

The faculty of the college was too talented. They had a great knowledge about every medical field and lot of experience. They taught us valuable skills in medical and lot of knowledge. Definitely all this knowledge helped us a lot in our future life.
