Remarks
The university is good. There are no regrets joining here. One concern is about internships. If they can come up with separate cells for internists it can be really helpful. Other facilities are satisfactory .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good. It consists of semester exams, some minor tests conducted by the professor and some practical too where the students are tested for their confidence and aptitude in delivering the subject matter.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are good. Students are placed in good schools in neighbouring states also. Some esteemed schools are DAV Public school and Bal Bhavan public school. Students are expected to apply for internships on their own.
College Events
There are many academic oriented events that take place in the college. It includes many motivational talks by eminent citizens, seminars and conferences on various topics, presentation of research papers and so on.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Bachelors of education is a 2 years course. We have to pay around 1 lakh 37 thousand for two years. Per year fees is around sixty eight thousand. It is a good investment to make and the quality of education is good .
Campus Life
There are air conditioned rooms for faculties . There is a big seminar hall that has LCD projector. Its ideal for combined lectures and events. Also a fully furnished library and study room is present.
Hostel Facilities
PG facilities are available for around 1500 rupees per month . It is quite affordable and the dorms available nearby are gender mixed dorms. So one can opt for PG if they aren't comfortable with it. Hostel facilty in college is quite good but only few rooms are available.
Alumni/Alumna
There is nothing like an alumni network or committe for the students to get help from. So it's very important for the student to develop a good rapport with their seniors as they can give them constructive advice after they graduate and work in different places.
Admission
Admission is through IPU CET. Student has to secure atleast 50 percent Marks in graduation to be eligible for admission. There are only 100 seats available so the admission can be quite challenging.
Faculty
The faculty are good. They are highly interested to teach us and make us good teachers. They also keep reminding us of the responsibility we carry forward as educating others is a very important profession .
