Course Curriculum Overview
The LLB (regular) curriculum consists of 3years which is total 6 semesters. In the overall curriculum each paper is of 100 marks which is divided into short questions, short notes, situational questions, and essay type questions. And also practical work. You can write in English, Hindi or Marathi but specially in legal language, legal writing, general english you are not allowed to write in any other language than english. The students need to secure 45% marks in each paper and 45% marks in practical also. There is also separate students committee and Moot sessions for the development of skill. And there is only 4 subjects in every semester, 24 subjects all together. The overall curriculum is well maintained and well designed for the students not at all overburdening sometimes it can be hectic but other than that is is quite manageable.
Placement Experience
Honestly there was no placement cell before but after the new principal sir came, the placements and internships are going really well. Sir is really concerned about everything which was falling behind previously and always ready to help the students in any problematic situation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I would not say it is very feasible but compared to the other non aided colleges RLC is quite affordable. For a LLB (regular) Student the fees is about twenty INR five thousands per year, which is not on the expensive side. Being a private non aided college the fees structure is not that expensive, and yes the fees is flexible.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular activities in the college which includes games and sports like football, cricket and volleyball, field trips, trips to police station, jails and to the Supreme Court of India.
Hostel Facilities
I haven? really opted for hostel but i heard from my fellow mates the facilities there are quite good considering the rate of it. But yes there is a thing which i think alot of hostels have is that you have to pay 6 months charges in advance at the very beginning.
Admission
The admission process is quite simple in this case. I gave the common entrance test then received my rank card online through official website. After receiving your rank card you can apply for the CAP (Centralized Allotment Process). The admission here is based on your rank in the CET and CAP.
Faculty
The faculty is good and supportive especially the new faculties are really helpful in nature and are good at teaching and interaction with the students. Although other than new faculties are somewhat helpful but are lacking in teaching style. The new principal sir is very active and very concerned about the facilities provided by the college. Overall the faculties are well trained professionals.
