The college overall was good and the courses was well planned and taught. The placement could have been better though.

Tamil Nadu State Board Exam. I wanted to chose Biotechnology and it was the top college with the infrastructure.

It covered Basic Engineering subjects like Maths,Physics and Chemistry for the first year and Subjects like Microbiology,Molecular Biology,Biochemistry etc in the last three years.

All leading companies like wipro,CTS etc came for Internship. The general stipend varies from company to company. We also had projects in different companies which helped us understand the practical side of the industry.

Wipro was one of the companies which offered placement. Other than that medium scaled companies was also involved in the placement team. Around 10 % of the students were placed in various companies.

The major events of the college was Sports Day and Hostel Day. Other than this we had regular symbosiums and conferences in which other colleges were also invited.

It was a goverment aided college so the fees was nominal. The fees structure was well explained before joining the college. No hidden costs were involved.

The college was eligible for government scholarship based on the caste system. No other scholarships was available.

The campus life was good. People were not harassed on any basis like ethnicity,religion and economic status. The people were close knit despite small disputes and stood by each.

The hostel was on sharing basis and the rent was paid in advance. The cleaniliness and displicine was maintained. The food was ok and charged on monthly basis.

We had a strong alumni Meet which met once a year and helped junoirs with advent of Whats App we are constantly in touch with the peers and juniors.

Lab Classes was held every week and we had 3 lab classes every semester. The infrastructure was good. The exams was straight forward and not too tough.

The faculty was knowledge and had command over the subject. They were friendly and easy to approach. They took extra effort to complete the sylabbus and gave a lot of assignments and projects.
