College experience

The University has almost 7 campuses with a lot of courses on the plate. The campuses are spread all over Punjab region. It's good for anyone seeking an engineering degree and later on a job placement as well.

The course lasts for four whole years which consists of total eight semestes. The schedule is hectic with intense laboratory work and coding daily on computers. Every other day there are tests and assignments to keep in check.

The Mohali Campus has a separate placement cell. The visiting companies are called mostly from May to July at the start of the 4th year. Many have been placed in well known companies like Wipro, IBM, Infosys and Tech Mahindra.

The fees for this course is 30,000 rupees per semester. The examination fees are 700 rupees per semester and other fees ranges from 17,750 to 7550 rupees per semester. The total amounts to 3.14 lakh rupees for four years.

The University is vast in which several events takes place. Cultural events and festivals are the main ones of the lot. Apart from this debates, elocutions and discussions form the basis of education.

The hostel is available but has a few conditions and criteria that have to be met. Whoever seeks accommodation should have good academic records, disciplined and good behavior. The hostel fees as 18,000 rupees per year.

The minimum eligibility required is 10+2 with physics and maths as subjects. The entrance test considered is JEE MAINS exam. Based on these marks admissions are done. The online registration can be done from the college's official website.

The faculty and other staff members work sincerely for the students. The professors teach well and is understandable. They constantly motivate, encourage, energize and boost the morale on a daily basis.
