Course Curriculum Overview
We have different classes through out the week, Eg Garment construction, Fashion History, A computer Editing Class, Surface Ornamentaion and much more. They support you individually to achieve you dreams and goals, we were taken to many industrial visits, one in India and outside India too, according to your budget and interest. The faculty is not very difficult to interact with. Within a few days you will feel like home here.
Placement Experience
The placement depends on your performance if you perform good you'll get offers from big brands and also get to work under famous designers. And if you don't not perform well still you'll be getting a job in a known, renounced, company brand. And if you would like to open your own clothing line, you could do that to just keeping the budget in mind.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very high for the course I am doing . I have to pay around 2 lakh per year . The fees is expensive in my coleege . The normal trend for fees in all the design college are very high .
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing . There are more girls than boys here, Parties are often held on every ocassion ( freshers party etc ). There a students from every part of the country so there ain't no much problem in gender tolorance. Students are given their own time, to finish their work. Here your thoughts matter more than the actual person. It's a place for creators, artists, designers and visionaries.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are very helpful, they let you know everything you should and shouldn't do there. Actually you can learn a lot from the 3rd year students if you're a first year student. The seniors are very kind and generous they never fail out on helping us.
Admission
The college provide admission to the students on first come first serve basis. The merit list is prepared on the basis of marks secured in class 12th examination. Students need to fill an online application form from the college website .
Faculty
Our classes used to start from 12 To 2 sometimes till 3. Yes a two hr class, but don't think fashion designing is easy. Get into this only if you love fashion and you are hell of a patience fellow. After Bsc you can also do your masters further from the same institute. As I said the faculty is very good in our college. Yes you will be getting many many valid certificate, from your college and from college outside your state and even from colleges outside India.
