The college campus is in a secluded part of North 24 Parganas in Kolkata and the place is beautiful! There is greenery all around and the atmosphere within the university is of healthy competition and sincerity.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen a rare MBA specialization- Sustainable Development. The main idea of our course is to explore the options a company- whether large or small, may have of diversifying, keeping sustainability in mind.
Placement Experience
College does provide internships and workshops for us! We had training in Communication Skills and focused group discussions which are crucial for cracking all interviews and placements. We've also had training in sustainability in mangroves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the MBA course is expensive, but the courses and workshops all make up for the cost! It is a two year course of total fee Rs 2.4 lakhs. That is, Rs 1.2 lakhs is payable annually. You can opt for loans if you want.
Campus Life
Though it is located in Kolkata, students from all over the country come to study horticulture, sustainable development and healthcare administration here. The labs are pro-level and we are given the opportunity of writing for publications.
Admission
To get a seat for MBA in this college, you need to sit for the MAT or JEMAT examinations. After that, if you clear the exams you are called for group discussions, personal interviews and aptitude exams for final selection.
Faculty
The faculty is extremely skilled in their jobs! They have a great interest in the environment and how sustainability will help our planet. They are qualified with MBA s themselves and are role models for us.
