Course Curriculum Overview

The college syllabus is based on Bangalore Universities guidelines and is very good. A lot of focus on marks obtained in the exam is there, and the exams are announced timely. The results are also on time, and evaluation is fair. The course is very good.

Placement Experience

Many huge MNC's hire from this college such as Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Deutsche Bank, Capgemini, Standard Chartered, Wipro, IBM, Mphasis, Northern Trust and so on. The placement cell also organizes several training programs as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for the course is decent. The course is not very expensive. The course fees per annum for the Bachelor of Business Management is Rs. 25,500 for a duration of three years. This includes all the miscellaneous fees.

Campus Life

There are several clubs and unions in the college. Humanitarian clubs such as the Youth Red Cross and NSS often organize several different events in the college. The NCC is also very active and there is an All India Radio club, scouts and guides and Civil Defense as well.

Admission

For admission, the process is both online and offline. You have to download the application form from the college website for your preferred course. Then, complete the form and submit it to the college.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
