The college management is well organized. The functioning of the college is very satisfactory. The college gives us a wonderful experience of campus life and maintains equality and fun on campus between the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty complex and consisted of lectures, seminars, fieldwork, take home assignments, in class assignments, etc. They also conduct group conferences and interactive sessions for flow of ideas.
Placement Experience
The placement officers encourages the student to take each and every offer seriously. The college invites companies and organizations such as royal enfield, aktrea, saint gobain etc that offer jobs to the students and the college makes sure that the students with full potential get placed.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is government aided and hence the fee does not burn a hole in anyone's pocket. The fee for a course like mine, Bachelors in Social Work, costed me around ?46,500 per year which is quite nominal and feasible.
Campus Life
There are recreational activities on the college premises offer by the management. The college has an air-conditioned, well-furnished computer lab. It offer a lot of competitions throughout the year like poster making, debates, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are clean and tidy. The hostel fees is about 50000 per annum. The hostel for the boys and the girls are located separately. The mess serves food that is healthy and appetizing. The students live comfortably.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has a strong bond with the alumni of the college. They connect with us on a regular basis and keep us in the loop regarding the college and its newest activities and changes. They always take our feedback too.
Admission
The college works on merit list. The student has to score a minimum of 50% in their 10+2. The college then releases the merit list based on the cut off marks for the year. I had scored 84% and my name appeared on the second merit list.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are very helpful. They made us spend our time productively and encouraged all the students to share their valuable ideas. They make sure to finish the syllabus on time before the exams.
