Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of Master of Science [M.Sc] (Sports Coaching) is just the extension of any sports course. The curriculum is created in a manner to fill the void of knowledge of sports and provide in-depth details of every concept.

Placement Experience

There are no two ways about a lucrative career ahead after the completion of the course as even the college provides a lot of opportunities to the students upon the completion of the course. Hence, a student after taking admission in this college is free from this worry.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the M.Sc (Sports Coaching) is a bit on the higher side but it is comparatively inexpensive. Therefore, in my opinion, one should definitely take the plunge. It costs ?1.61 lakhs for the complete 2 year course.

Campus Life

To connect students with their peers and mentors in a comparatively less rigid environment, such extracurricular activities are organised. It includes cultural evenings, fests, seminars and various other activities which are light and fun in nature.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is strong. Students who have graduated are still connected to the college and they take out time to come and visit us in which they pass on some great pieces of advice.

After completing my bachelors in sports management, I started looking for the post graduation courses in the same field and I found a Master of Science [M.Sc] (Sports Coaching) and therefore, I took admission in National Sports University - [NSU], Imphal.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Although my was poor but my family always support me to finished graduation at any cost. For year there was 2 exam (1st year) every exam I payed 2000rs to 2500rs as a examination form fillup fee. For every year I payed admission fee of 3500rs to 4500rs continuously for 3 consecutive years.

Placement Experience:

From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement. The name of the companies which visited are ICICI Bank Newgen Tata digit etc. 85.9% of cse student got placed. The highest package was 42 LPA and average package is 8to 11 LPA. I wanted to start my own company. Our college also provide us the experience by giving us internship opportunity.

IIIT MANIPUR , YOU SHOULD OPT. OR NOT?

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good for CSE departments. Average package is 10-12 lpa,and placement percentage is also about 76 % not all placement are campus based some are off campus placement .This is too less as compased to other IIITs .The placement in ece department is about 8-10 lpa which is also very less compared to other IIITs.

The syllabus is based on the new NEP 2020.So it is well rounded.For exams we must prepare for internal assesment as well as projects.And it is a must.The students have to give the exam in time.If not they will get back exams .And there is some fine.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As arts students during my +12 course and economics was also in it(course). I chose economics considering my background. And it was fun and interesting for me to study. All of my teachers were M.phill+ Phd and well experience in teaching. The method of teaching was good and teach in way that help the students to well understood The exams were held every after four months of course in each semester. There was no difficulty to pass the exams if the students attend the lecture regularly

For bpes & bsc 12thpass students are eligible from any background but they sholud know about sports ; should have certificates to get more points for selection For masters if arts sports psychology & masters in sports nutrition. you don't need to join any sports but uh need to knw about sports Everything is available in university website thai is nsu.ac.in Exam are offline first a student have to clear written exam which include current affairs, general english & sports then you have to appear practical exam which includes all physical test & skill test.
