Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very research oriented . The students often go for post graduation from the college . Although the students get less time to focus on extra skills but still the college never misses out on fun . We along with our studies are good at playing sports and music . The labs are an integral part too. All during the course we are asked to focus more on practical approach to a problem.
Placement Experience
Actually I don't actually know much about the placement situation of my college but from the seniors and my fellow mates I have heard that we really have good campus placements. Various top agro based companies visit our campus . The top comapnies which visit our campus are Reliance Fresh , Cadbury India , etc . The internships are an integral part of the course and the college really helps studnets attain internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is a government college so the fees is quite low . We really have very feasible fee structure and we are asked to pay around 50,000 INR per year . The college also provide scholarships and state scholarships are also available which you can use just in case you belong to financially weaker section.
Campus Life
The college has its own NC and NSS in the campus . We really share good bonds with each others and the college environment is very cool . Every year we have our sports week which is considered to be as as important event . Cultural events like festivals and social activities are also a part of the course.
Alumni/Alumna
We really have a good network of alumni . Our college seniors are really placed in reputed brands . The college has a remarkable history in UPSC Civil Services exam as well . Many of our college students have cracked the exam with good ranks . The college seniors are very helpful and polite .
Admission
To secure admission to this college you need to clear the ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultutral Reasearch) exam. You can go and fill the online application as well on the officil website of TNAU (Tamil Nadu Agricultural University) . The official cut off is released by the college and you can check the cutoff too.
Faculty
The college faculty is really nice .They are really helpful . The lectures provided by our college faculty is not at all boring . The faculty is highly skilled and graduated from top institutes of India . During the semester exams we also have extra sessions with our faculty to solve our doubts as well.
