Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is the best part of studying in this college. If you compare any college's syllabus with mine, you'll notice that how my college has given their best in making the curriculum. We study thermodynamics,laws, motion in a brief manner.

Placement Experience

Our college only takes care our degree related subjects. There are no facility of providing any job or internship to the students. For internships opportunities I ultimately depended upon online websites.

College Events

I enjoy alot here. As whole college is just comprises of girls. We play and talk with each of the college girls. They are very friendly and nice. We even go to picnic and other places during our leisure time

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is very much feasible for anyone. I never take any help of any loan or schlorship to pay here's fee. As students studying here are from mixed background,college provides aid to many of the students on the basis of their merit. For B.Sc course fee is summed up as ?7,170/-

Campus Life

Just few days back,we had an intercollege volleyball competition organised in our campus. I wasn't playing there but I cheered all my friends. Such competition are always in a happening mode in my campus.

Admission

The seats available for the admission in physics was just 15 in number. Just "15". In this 15,22% was reserved for SC,6% for STs and lastly 3% for PD. This made admission way for tougher for general. Yet on the basis of my 12th marks I got entry in the college.

Faculty

The teachers are very strict when it comes to study.They scold us alot if we don't do our homework or assignments of time. But other than this their qualification skills is excellent. They have knowledge of each and every thing

GO FOR IT!!

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

Here students become eligible to sit in campus placement from 6th semester. Many companies come here. The average package here is 5 lakhs and the highest here is 20 lakhs it's gone.Here 95% of the students get placement.My plan is to do M.Tech after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very strong.From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are around 50 companies visited in the college such as TCS,Intel. Microsft. Deloitte,etc.205 students are placed in TCS in year 2019. 415 students are placed in campus placement last year. Maximum CTC was 25 lacs/pa and average CTC was 5.5 lacs/pa previous year.After Jadhavpur University,the average CTC of the college is higher than IEM. Above 95% placements for IT,CSE and ECE students.There are around 55-60% placements in other department.My plans are doing some great things after getting the degree.
