Remarks

I have had a great experience in ICI. Being a master? student I wanted an institution where I can directly focus on my career without any careless attitude. This place offers such dedicated environment where you can study and shine at the same time.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course of MBA culinary Arts, further hone your skills in the field that you?e already in. It gives you a professional approach towards your career. It is a two year comprehensive degree that has great faculty. The course is divided into such a way you can get a hang of all the aspects of the industry. It deals in Food Production, Food Handling, Kitchen Management, and Nutrition Expertise.

Placement Experience

The college provides Placements to all their students. The placement is not only limited to the hotel industry but also in food and supply, Flight Food Services, Railway food Facility etc. The college asks the students for a list of hotels that he/she wants to work in. The placement cell also arranges for internships for students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not very expensive. The fee is paid semester wise, including the hostel fee. The first semester has a fee of 80,500/- and the rest of the semester are of 72,000. The hostel fee is 30,000 that have to be paid at the beginning of each semester. The hostel fee includes the expense of the mess.

Campus Life

The labs of the ICI are very good. We have regular practicals and we get all the ingredients used for making dishes for our practicals. The knives and utensils are also of the latest industry trends. The college has a lot of co-curricular activities. The sports club is an active part of the college. The endless laboratory practical classes have made us competent and confident in our field.

Admission

Indian Culinary Institute is a pioneer, government certified instate in culinary arts. I am pursuing my MBA degree in culinary arts from here. The eligibility for this course is a Bachelors degree in Hospitality/ culinary arts. The form is filled online on the website of ICI and a e hall ticket is issued. The admission is done though an entrance exam that covers the topics studied in the Bachelors degree.

The faculty is a well qualified. Our Professors take up every query and help us with our projects, the faculties are very helpful and even motivate us to become independent entrepreneurs. The faculty has experience of the industry as well.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

My college life was a rollar coaster comedy life.

The first aspect of the college that I would like to appreciate was the class size but apart from that the infrastructure like class bench were not in proper condition which truly need to be in concern like many sideways.
The learning facility of the college like in terms of infrastructure and and the resources were really good and faculty where also the supporting too much.
The effectiveness of placement services and the support provided for career advice advancement I would like to say most of the student where Got placed in very reputable position in company which you can also locate them on LinkedIn ID they are .

Dislikes

The first thing that I don't like about the colleges the they say that there is 100% placement which is completely not whether it is our college or other College it's never up to the mark.
Second thing I didn't dislike about the colleges that the mindset of student they were it's okay that they were competitive but like they were the kind of leg pulling person throughout the semester they didn't like to see somebody gaining more.

Placement Experience:

Speaking about the campus placement and internship opportunity the company visit for this college campus where not so good like they were decent labeled but not that high profile company apart from this the college also provided internship for deserving candidate where applying and most not always getting but let me tell you you have to also work hard no college used to give complete internship and placement either it's our college or you can take another college also the same condition so if you are thinking guaranteed internship and college placement so I would like to recommend work hard, if you literally want on campus placement. Don't get this pointed if you are not getting placement from college you can apply for self help also as it is a digital AI and lots of job companies like LinkedIn and reputable websites are also there to apply for just I would like to say build your skill ,upskill yourself throughout the college semester period workout also on your psychic like body posture and good looking and personality developing developing which is most important criteria plus charm in the job purpose and you will give a good status.

Likes

Infrastructure and college staff support

there are only practical are helde but I haven't joined any of the curriculum activity and there are only classes Ihave attended so there no expriance of the curriculum and for the difficulty level I haven't found any issue

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

There is so much happening in college that it gets a little bit confusing sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because its really a noble profession and I would like to contribute by best into this course. The curriculum preparess me for the real world applications really well especially moot courts. The teaching methods of the teachers are really fun and engaging they interact with the whole class. Makes it easy to understand the subject. No improvemnets needed right now. The exams are of moderate level and of 2hrs max internals and helps in improving.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Amazing college!

Admission:

To get admission, I had to first fill application form and then pay a small fee for applying to the college, then after submitting the marks scored in 10+2, students were called for a campus interview upon which the students were selected.

I got admission in this college by my 10 ,+2 marks and also entrance exam is conducted. I scored 70 % of the marks which gave me a additional tag to get selected in that college. The admission in our college is based upon the marks obtained in BBA in culinary arts and we also have to take an entrance test. I was always passionate about nutrition and the art of culinary so after digging deep, I came across ICI, Noida which is like 40 mins away from my home. The admission form are available on their website starting from January till April or May. Fill the details like your name, age, DOB, education qualification, etc. like every other form and submit the fee of Rupees 1000 which is obviously non-refundable. One thing about this is though there are only selected test center cities and you want to check that out first.
