Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is lengthy but very important and informative. The academic year consists of two semester which spreads over two years. The are both theory and practical papers. Final examinations are conducted in every six months.
Placement Experience
The placement is good in our institute. Most of the students are placed in several major fisheries all over India. Most of them are leading researchers in their own fields. The institute invites well known companies for campus interview every year. The minimum salary package is around 3.5 lakh and the highest salary package is 7 lakh per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure of the entire course is around 16500 rupees. It is a two years full time course. Yearly we have to pay around 8250 rupees. The fees is very much feasible for all the students to pay.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our institute provides scholarship facilities to its students. Scholarship are grant in-aid to the students who wants to pursue education at the institute. Scholarship are also given to the meritious and economically backward students.
Campus Life
Many indoor and outdoor activities are organized in our institute. On the sports day , many indoor and outdoor games like ludo, chess, carrom, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, football are organized. Besides these many cultural activities like singing competition, acting competition, dance competition, writing competition are also organized. We enjoyed a lot participating in all the activities.
Admission
The admission process in our institute depends upon the results in the last qualifying examination. The minimum eligibility is Bachelor of Fisheries science from a recognised university. To get admission, students have to appear a common entrance test which was conducted by various universities.
Faculty
The faculties of our institute are very kind personality. They are very co-operative and polite. They help us a lot in our studies. Teachers are trained with good knowledge and experience in their respective subjects.
