Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very much relevant to the industry, they teach not only on technical levels but also soft level skills which are pertinent today. The case studies are based on real-life cases and are designed in such a way that we understand each and every aspect regarding it.
Placement Experience
NMIMS has an outstanding placement record, it has gained the trust of recruiters, making them come over and over again. Most of the placements are subject to engineering and very less no. of students get placed from science and arts.
College Events
The college organises many events to take part like a marathon, treasure hunts, sports competition, contests etc. The amount of industry exposure we get here is also a catch. They encourage participation in several tournaments.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is very much expensive. But it also provides extensive learning experience with great infrastructure and facilities. The total fees for my course were ?3.12 Lakhs. The highest fee is for an MBA which is ?9.25 Lakhs per year.
Campus Life
The college is best. Here it is filled with numerous opportunities. The labs and libraries are all well maintained. The activities are never-ending. Though the fact is the people who can afford expensive education can come here.
Hostel Facilities
I stayed in the hostel for 1 year. The hostel facilities are very expensive compared to staying outside. As they provide the best food (with varieties), rooms, reading room, wifi connectivity, you?l feel like you are living in a five-star hotel.
Admission
The university is offering various programs at UG and PG level. For engineering courses, you need to secure 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in PCM, with qualifying JEE Mains or NMIMS-NPAT conducted by NMIMS.
Faculty
All faculty members hold a doctorate degree and come with good industry experience and connections. They provide us with case studies and we have a trimester system here. They are doing their best but the curriculum is vast which needs hard work and practice.
