Bachelor of Design [B.Des]

As the students just pass there higher secondary education, the course for the first year was quite liberal and a mixture of general subjects and some core subjects. But some crucial core subjects came from the second year. Exams were based on the jury, internals, and lastly the main exams every semester.

As a bachelor's student and also as a fresher, there are some great chances to get placed at several recognized organizations and multi-national companies like Amazon, reliance, with a good package per annum. Also, everyone at the institute had chances to do internships like a summer internship at a well-known industry through contact with the institute.

As this degree was of 4 years on campus, students enjoyed on-campus life by events like fashion week according to the category and there were weekly seminars. Also, every six months, there was a sports week and students participated in almost every category of sports and there was a convocation event for graduates.

The fee structure is quite different for all the years and the amount is high so the students at the institute felt the structure expensive. Here, I gave a cheque of 2.71 lakhs at the student corner on campus as the first-year fees. There are other modes of payment available. Total fees for four years account for 11.09 lakhs as the 2.64 lakhs, 2.78 lakhs and 2.96 lakhs are the fees for the next three years respectively.

To get a scholarship from the institute, a detailed guideline must be followed and some students at the institute can avail it for financial aid. Also, several students apply for government and private sector schemes and loans to pay the fees as numerous are available.

In the institute, there were yoga classes, extra practice sessions, and institute level fashion shows, numerous sports at the sports building, and the playground. Also, there was no cast discrimination although there was much student diversity. All the students enjoyed their curriculum and the diverse campus life with utmost unity.

I applied for the bachelor of the design course as I want to make my career in this field so by remitting the fees at the online portal of the institute I enrolled myself. By giving the entrance exam and competitive exam, I was able to get the seat at the institute.

The institute hired professional facilities for the students and they were much trained for the fresher's students to give an overall idea about the curriculum and institute. Also, the faculty was very helpful in the projects of the final year as the students were about to graduate.
