Remarks
I respect this place a lot, as every day there was a new challenge in the context of the course. And regarding the Non-academics ?omain, there are many facilities and services the college encourages like the multigyms, Wi-Fi Campus, central library and separate hostels for girls and boys.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is interesting and was more about the trips and knowing about the historical events. Hence my course had subjects like Indian national movement, Delhi sultanate and role of British power. Overall the course is nice and easy to understand.
Placement Experience
The students of any stream in their final year are eligible to sit for the placement and job purpose. And each organisation offers good salary to the students. But most of the time the professors helped the students to qualify in the competitive exams and entrances to grab a good and secured post in government organisations.
College Events
We celebrate All the festival in our university. BDU fest use to occur once in a year in which all the colleges under the Bharathidasan university used to take part and participate in the different events. It usually takes place 2-3 days. This used to make all of us cheerful and positive.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was paid per semester and the total fee payable was approximately 12825/-. The amount is less as the masters course in any other colleges are very high and most importantly the facilities given to us are also good. So that i can say, the college is feasible.
Campus Life
We have very advanced equipment in our university lab. They can be used anytime with the permission of the allotted staff. Advanced research is ongoing in our university by our PHD and PDF members with our expensive labs. Extracurricular activities are also done doing free time twice in a week.
Admission
I cleared my BA. Sociology in 2017 and after that I applied here for pursuing MA. sociology 2-year course program through filling up an application form online at the official website of college and submit all the requirement like percentage and submitting my documents.
Faculty
Most of the professors were highly qualified and were kind as well as understanding in their field of study they helped me with research and publishing my papers that will eventually help me to pursue PHD program. They are really hardworking and dedicated to the students.
