My distance education journey with Alagappa university!

It was indeed a very good experience while pursuing the distance learning programme of B.B.A from Alagappa university. The teachers and the college staff has been very helpful in every aspect. Thanks a lot Alagappa university for providing me such an amazing learning opportunity.

The course curriculum of my college was well organized and structured. The exams were well planned and executed . The study materials provided to the students were also well written and full of knowledgeable content regarding both practical and theoretical subjects.

The placements provided by the college were average. The students were provided with placement opportunities in the final year. The companies used to select students on the basis of interview and academic performance.

The fee structure of my college was well organized and feasible. The college also provided relaxation to students of reserved category and with weak economical backgrounds. Educational loans and scholarships were also provided.

Though it was a distance learning programme, but all students enrolled in the university were allowed to participate in the extracurricular activities and competitions organized by the college as it strongly focused on improving soft skills among it's students.

As I had decided to do education after completing my schooling through distance learning,I applied in Alagappa University, Directorate of distance education.Fortunately, I got admission on merit basis and the education session began soon after the admission procedures were done.

As it was a distance education learning programme, the teacher's used to give all the students with regular assignments and internal assessments. Infact even students of distance learning were given opportunities to clarify their problems and queries regarding specific subjects.
