Yes, BCA course is available in JJ College of Arts and Science, Pudukottai.
You are not eligible for admission to B.Tech. CS after completing 12th with Commerce subjects. This is because both are completely different fields. The minimum eligibility of B.Tech. CS is to complete 12th with PCM subjects.
