Course Curriculum Overview

The course focuses in a way to give legal aspects to the students in the five year course duration. The emphasis in the initial stages is mostly on the theory part and the schedule is usually hectic since the course is tough.

Placement Experience

Since the school was established in 2019 itself so we are the first batch here and there is no record as such of the placements that are offered by the college but there are internship opportunities available at the end of semester years to work as an intern in law firms.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the B.A LLB course is Rs 3.19 Lakh per year. According to the deputation of the college, the fees is fine as law courses in general are also very expensive. The fees is also feasible in terms of facilities provided.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities are organized and various woekshops also take place. An yearly event also takes place and freshers and Farewell is also conducted very nicely. The atmosphere is that of peace and harmony.

Admission

The administration procedure for both the courses is through SLAT, I.e Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test. After that the candidate also has to appear for Personal Interaction and Written ability test. Nagpur branch offers courses in the area of BA and BBA law.

All the faculty and staff members in the college are highly experienced and qualified in their profession. Teachers even try to give real life examples of the court history as well as most of them are also eminent lawyers themselves.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My college

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

College life at SLS, NAGPUR.

The entrance exam was quite easy, students were allowed to appear for both the examinations if they like and think that they could do better. After the entrance exam there is a WAT around where a student requires to write an essay on a particular topic given. After qualifying both the rounds, the student is asked to give personal interview where the questions are basically based on the documents you've submitted and the course which you took in 11th and 12th and also why you're choosing that particular degree.
