Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum has books containing recipies and basic cooking facts that help me till date and in future as well. We are given more freedom for doing practical because the bookish knowledge won't help much in our field. Everyday we are to cook something or other that our mentor commands for.
Placement Experience
We get ample amount of placements in various 5-star hotels. From my batch, many got into JW Marriott, Pune, Bangalore, in branches taj hotel at jaipur, udaipur, etc. Almost every student got placed in some or the other 5-star hotel.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is very feasible and inexpensive. Anyone can afford it. No extra charges are applied for any other things, we get our kit and college dress also. Every one gets chances in different fields like bakery, cooking and so on.
Campus Life
There is not much extracurriculars needed for us because our entire course is based on practicality. The ratio of girls and boys is nearly same. Nobody gets bullied by either their classmate or seniors and faculty staff. Everybody is treated on same footing.
Admission
I got admission into this college by an entrance exam, NCHMCT- JEE, in which my rank was very satisfying. After entering into the college, we got any occasions to cook food for 400-800 people. The college gave me a lot to learn new things.
Faculty
Our faculty was very cooperative and understanding. They teach us from the basics. If someday doesn't understand something, they tell us as many times as we ask them. They don't fet frustrated by silly questions nor do they make fun of any student who is not doing grear in the kitchen.
