Course Curriculum Overview

BVSc course curriculum is structured with 10 semesters in 5 years duration. First 4 years are devoted to theortical and parctical training and in the final year students have to go through an internship process. Exams and labs are very hectic. One should have lots of patience to do research in labs. We have more than 5 subjects per semester. This course provides lots of learning and research topics to students.

Placement Experience

4.5

Very good college to pursue BVSc, good returns on investment. About 80% students get placement from university itself. In our university we have a dedicated placement cell which maintains a database of graduates. They act as a bridge to link up gradutes with their future employers. The highest package is 4,80,000.00 from our college. Well apart from jobs, students also get placed in government jobs in a post like Food safety and Inspection veterinarians, veterinarian assistant, veterinary pharmacologist & physician etc. While some students starts their own research along with clinical practice. It's an upcoming profession.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure feasible in our college as it is a government university. A student from middle class family can easily pay it. The total fees of BVSc is 132,000. In first year it is 28,900, second year it is 25,850 ( same in 3rd, 4th and 5th year).

Campus Life

There are many workshops are conducted by our college includes Extension Action Policy workshop, EAP workshop, cuppa parleys, EAP-NABARD and KVASU and many more. Several sports activity, debate competitions, science olympidas, quiz are organised by college to entertain as well as to develop personality and creativity in students.

Admission

BVSc is an undergraduate course in the field of veterinary science. I choose this course because I am an animal lover. I want to start animal breeding and caring firms in my future. I always want to establish my carrer in animal husbandry. I got admission in this course by qualifying entrance examination conducted by Commissioner of entrance examination. One can also get admission in this course by passing the exam conducted by Veterinary council of India. This exam is difficult in comparison of above mentioned exam as this exam only offer 18 seats while the other exam offer 140 seats. After the entrance exam an interview is conducted by university for further selection process. Interview is not that much tough. One can easily crack after qualifying the exam.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties in our college are highly qualified and well trained here. Mostly all faculties are doctorate. They all are helpful and kind. They always support and encourage students in doing research projects. Teachers are so professional in our college. Dr. P.V Tresamol Mam dean of our college is so supportive and she treats students so kindly who are financially weak.

The campus placements are decent. getting placed in a big company is more about having the technical and soft skills to pass the interviews. the placement training helps us develop soft skills but the technical skills must be developed ourselves.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We can be the reason for someone's confident smile is the reason for my decision to choose this course. Prosthodontology is the specific aspect of this curriculum that influenced me. If the student go strict to the curriculum that will definitely reflect in the real world. this makes the student more confident in the career. The available teaching methods are good enough. As i mentioned each level has its own toughness. if we stick on to the curriculum, and the path paved by the facilities the difficulty level will be much lower

Course Curriculum Overview:

Im a passionate student architect. From childhood, I had this dream of becoming a creator. So I chose this course. There is a good ratio of faculty student ratio in the private colleges all over india. I'm not sure about the teaching method because this is more like a self learning course. But faculties are also helpful most of the time. Jury subjects are tougher than written examinations.

Remarks:

The hostel and college infrastructure are a little poor compared to other colleges but it is expected with the minimal fees given. There are a lot of festivals and programs and a healthy political atmosphere. The non violent conflicts between the two opposing parties lead to good development in the college.
