Course Curriculum Overview

BTech is a 4 year course with 4 yearly examinations held. The course revolves around different aspects of engineering with various projects and lab works. Exams are held on a yearly basis, at the end of each sessions.

Placement Experience

There are various placement programs held in college. Placement programs are held very anonymously after every session ends or in the middle of it. There are various companies who are called and you could grab the opportunity to get a permanent job or an internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college charges a very moderate amount of fees in comparison to other engineering colleges. There is a fee structure of 50000 for every year which sums up to 2 lakhs for the whole course. The fees is quite feasible for this course.

Campus Life

There are various activities held in college premises which includes various workshops and seminars which offer internships. There are also various cultural programs and different sports activities held in a comparative manner.

Admission

You can apply for this college with at least 50% marks in your 12th board examinations. On getting your name on the merit list, should be called for an interview process. On getting selected, you'll be given to offer letter.

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.
