Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very good. It was well designed and well presented. It consists of four semester which spreads over two years. The are both theory and practical papers. The exam structure was also good. The institute conducts two examination in each semester. One was internal assessment and the other was final examination.
Placement Experience
After completing the course, most of the students are very much successful in their career. The placement in our college was not satisfactory. But after qualifying the final examination, students can give interview in various private and Government sectors. The course was good demand not only in private companies but also in government organisations. Many job opportunities are there in the field of Bio - statistics department are Data Analyst, Data Scientist, lecturer, Bio-Statistician.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure was very good in our college. The total fees was around 60000 rupees. It was a two year course. Yearly i paid around 30000 rupees. As i opted for hostel accommodation, i paid hostel fees extra which was not included in the program fees.
Campus Life
The institute provides multiple opportunities for its students by organising many extracurricular activities. Activities like games and sports, music competition, dance competition, drama competition, writing competition etc. These activities helps us a lot in in developing our all round personalities.
Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure of the hostel was very good. The hostel provides many facilities for its students. Each room was well furnished with all the basic amenities. Many facilities like water coller, common room, TV facility, refrigerator, washing machine facility, indoor game hall etc are provided by the hostel.
Admission
The admission process in our college depends upon the results in the last qualifying examination. I got admission in this course after completing my bachelor degree in Bio-statistics from a recognised university. The final selection was based on written test /personal interview.
Faculty
All teachers are very successful in their own fields. They are very supporting and encouraging. After completing each topic, they give us assignment which helps us a lot in our exams. They have very good communication skills.
