Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of M.A is two years long and Four semester. The course contains important topics such as Research Methodology, Ancient Indian Political Thought, Contemporary Political Theory, Research Methodology, Indian Constitutional System. The course focus on important Practical Work and Exercise.
Placement Experience
The College organises campus interviews to help students to find placement in their course. Every year a lot of companies comes to offer job opportunities for the eligible candidate. The college is very much concern about the student future.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very feasible as compared to the facilities and education provided by the college. My fees structure is Approx INR 7600 per annum. the fees are very less because it is a government college. The college also provides scholarships such as Scholarship for Backward Class Students, Scholarship for Minorities Students, Scholarship for Alemari/Arealemari Students, Mulana Azad Research Fellowship and Radha Krishna Fellowship.
Campus Life
The university is very proactive to promote health and every year the college organise many outdoor games for example Football, Hockey, 200 Mts Athletic Track, Kabaddi, Throw ball, Kho-Kho and Handball. The college also provides facilities like Video Conference And Syndicate Hall, Seminar Halls with the seating capacity of a minimum of 100 students. A canteen facility for both teacher and students with a seating capacity of 50.
Admission
I got admission in M.A. after completing my bachelor's in B.A. Political science from Karnataka university. A candidate can fill the online or offline form from the university's website or by visiting the admission counter. After that you need to submit all your important documents to the college for the completion of admission.
Faculty
Prof. B P Veerabhadrappa is the Vice-Chancellor of our college and he is known for his strong personality and vast experience among students. The college teachers are always available for the extra classes for the students to clear their subject doubts. They are very friendly and supportive.
