Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that there is a lot of focus on research and analysis. One of the main things is that practical training is given to students which will help them apply in their future careers.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is excellent. There is a chance of 40% placements. The highest salary was that of 40,000 while the lowest being Rs 10000. The internship opportunities are also offered to provide students with an exposure.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the B.Tech course is Rs 1.84 per year and I think compared to the facilities which the college has to provide the fee strucyure is fine. It might be a little expensive because labs are usually costly.

Campus Life

There are a lot of extracurricular activities which the college takes up. Various guest sessions and lectures are organized by the college on a daily basis and alumini also come and give their insights to students.

Admission

The admission to this college is based on the rank obtained in the JEE Main and then the scorecard is released. There is a general application form which students can fill. I chose this course because of the vast career opportunities it has to offer.

The faculty of the college is really nice and helpful and are supportive of what students do. Teachers are experienced and qualified in their field of study and are flexible too when it comes to submitting the assignments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, i was from commerce stream and the subjects in that were related to my field. I have a interest in accounting from the start when i chose commerce in my 11th. As everyone knows that Indian education system sometimes lacks the practical gaining but i took tally and other accounting practical knowledge during my study . Some subjects are quite difficult for me but the teachers helped a lot by giving remedial classes to the students for their preparations. The areas of improvement in teaching methods must be tht more practical exposure must be provided to the students because after their studies experience matters more not theoretical knowledge.

Overall it is a good university for who want a good collage life as well as study.

Placement Experience:

From the final year, students are eligible for placements and companies like Infosys, hp, and amazon visit to recruit candidates. The highest salary pakage is 20 lakhs per annum and the average pakage varies between 6-7 lakhs per annum. Less than 50 per cent of students get placements. My plan after my degree is to prepare for banking.

The life in GADVASU

Admission to my course happens on the basis of NEET marks. But my university offers many more courses such as in dairy science,fisheries and biotechnology. Fir general category marks should be around 540 in neet. Reserved categories get benefits, there is quota for SC,ST,OBC,BC, border area, rural area etc. anyone can read about all this on gadvasu's official site. We have 3 internal exams during a year and 1 external exam at the end of the year. Then if we have 3 subjects in first year then practicals for these subject will be held after externals in 2 portions. Students can easily reach admission office. It generally happens near dean's office. Every staff is very supportive and will help in any case. There is canteen just outside the college so parents and students can also sit there and have some snacks. There are many canteens in my campus which also provide proper meals....Read More
