Placement Experience

3.5

Yes, the college provides the placements to the students but sometimes lacks somewhere as it does not provide the placement as per the expectation of the students. Internships are not served by the college as there is no requirement of internship as per the course.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very reasonable I'll tell you why, beacuse the college main motive or objective is to uplift the society and give students every possible chance to be educated. The total fee for my course is Rs. 4,800.

Campus Life

The college focuses on extracurricular activities like every year a college magazine is published in which students events and talents is shown. There is a students health home and health card concept in which the each students will be provided with one health card and by which he or she will get best medical treatment, if required.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of the college gives us motivation to participate in college events and do better in studies and if needed, we can easily approach them to clear our any kind of problems related college, studies or any other thing also.

Admission

The admission process of this college is based on merit basis. You've to fill the form going to the admission link on the website then a merit list wil be released on the basis of which students will be selected and admissions will be given to the eligible students. Total seats in the college is 1653.

Faculty

As I'm pursing BA in english from this college so the teachers are well qualified of this course I must say. All the topics of literature, novels are taught very nicely and in such a way that everybody understands it in one go.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.
