It is a great college and I feel proud to study and learn from there.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is student oriented and the burden is not too much. The presentations are regularly held which gives real world experience. The exams are held twice each year.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are good. Around 90 percent of students gets placed. The college also provides internship opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for each year is 16,190/- and the total fee for three years is 48,570/-. The fee is okay. It is bearable.

Campus Life

The college has sports room, well built library. The college has many sports events organised. The alumni meets are also held. The college also organizes many debates and quiz competitions.

Hostel Facilities

No, I haven't opted for hostel facility.

Alumni/Alumna

The college alumni network is quite strong. Alumni meets are held and they help a lot. They share their experiences and sometimes give guest lectures as well. The seniors are also good and helpful.

Admission

The admission process is online and the eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 with minimum of 50% from a recognized board. The student can submit the documents online.

Faculty

The faculty is great and highly experienced. They are helpful and friendly. The faculty teaches with great enthusiasm and share their experience with us. They also give us some extra knowledge beside the syllabus.

A Better One

Placement Experience:

We can do internships after 1st year and 2nd but for the placement it's in 4th year. The training and placement cell of the college has work consistently to bring reputated companies like a TCS Wipro Infosys LNT Infotech etc. the medium package for uses students is like 4 lakh per annum and PG students was about 4 to 5 lakh per annum. However when compared with some of the top tile institutions the package levels and placement percentage highlight the student themselves me to bridge through internship of campus drive and additional certifications. Another noticeable trend is that placements 10 to be more favourable for the branches like computer science and information technology where are School branches of an face lower absorption rates which is common in many engineering colleges. But here off campus placement are really good

Truth about NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

Life of Master of Technology at NIT Raipur.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my curriculum Information Technology, we have to study Cloud computing, Advanced Machine Learning, Advanced Data Structure and Analysis, Distributed System, Blockchain Technology, Computer Networking, Data Science, Bioinformatics and many more subjects are taught. I choose this course as because it is aligned with my interest and matches my Bachelor of Technology field. By learning Cloud Computing, Advanced Data Structure Analysis, Advanced Machine Learning, Blockchain Technolgy; we get ready for industry job. In this course we learn how to solve real-world problems and solutions to them. For improvement in the curriculum, I would suggest not to involve more theory rather than go for more practical learning. The exams happens after every 3 months in a year. Generally the end-semester happens at December and May. The exam is moderate level.

Amazing campus, great experience!

Admission:

I had to first apply to the college by filling out the application form present on the college website.Then I had submitted the marks secured in 10+2 then I received an email saying that I was shortlisted and that I had to come for a campus interview upon which I could be admitted to the college.
