Course Curriculum Overview

There are various courses offered by the college. In my course that is B.TECH there are a total of 5 streams. This is a total duration of 4 years including 8 semesters. We have to give mid semesters in between the semesters. We are assigned various assignments, projects that make our concept more strong.The total course structure is very useful and understandable to us providing all the concepts for better knowledge.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement of the college is quite good. . The training and placement cell helps a lot in getting good jobs by working on our soft skills and extra skills that is required for placements. The top recruiting companies are wipro,IBM, Tata Motors, Forbes, and many more reputed companies visit our campus every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees at the normal general quota is quite feasible but it is a bit expensive for management quota. For me as I have taken admission under general quota so its feasible for me. It costs me around 25,000 per year .

Campus Life

There is a separate sports ground where various sports activities are played in the college. We are encouraged to play the games like Badminton, Football, Kho Kho, Hand Ball , Chess and many more indoor and outdoor games. The college provides us Research and Development Cell in which we get the opportunities of an Experimental learning program with live projects that helps us in our overall development and provide us best opportunities.

Admission

The candidates willing to take admission have to qualify the EAMCET entrance exam conducted by AP government.The candidates should also fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of score 50% aggregate in the 10+2 examination.

Faculty

The faculty consists of a group of experienced professors with more that 5 years experience. Most of the teaching professors and faculty members are good enough that besides our studies they focus on our overall development . They use modern techniques and methods for our better understanding.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

College Diaries

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

The Good, The Bad, and Unexpected Truth

i got into the admission into the college through eamcet examination and also got a good rank in that. The thing is , i didnt choose many colleges while selecting the colleges for admission , i choosed only my college i.e Ellenki college of engineering and technoly to take admission because i recieved a good review about the college from my senior brothers and i liked the college too. The main thing is The college is very near to my home and i dont have to waste a lot of time in travelling . Every student must realise that every college can proovide what it can provide and the same with faculty too, so we have to be aware of what we are doing and what we have to study.
