Course Curriculum Overview

Many streams are available for the students to choose from for doing their BTech course such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The students are taught with the perfect blend of theory and practical classes.

Placement Experience

The college has a very positive score of placement in the past few years in the field of B tech electrical engineering. The college have placed almost 81% of the students in big companies and firms. Many of the top recruiters of the college have visited the college for on campus interviews.

College Events

A lot of events are celebrated at our college namely the celebrations of women day, republic day Independence day are a normal thing at our college. The college also celebrates different types of cultural and social events for social cause.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The duration for the course is of 4 years in total which makes it 8 semesters long. The tuition fees for each year have to be paid before the starting of the academic year. The tuition fees for each year is around 1 lakh rupees only. There are no any other extra charges.

Campus Life

The overall environment at the college is really very peaceful and enjoyable. The college offers different types of lab and laboratories facilities for the students to understand the practical aspect of their course.

Hostel Facilities

The college also provide separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostels buildings are very well ventilated spacious and also clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, self contained and duly maintained. Many recreational activities are present at the college hostel.

Admission

The basic eligibility criteria to apply for the BTech course in this college is that the student must have passed in 10+2 with Physics,Mathematics & Chemistry / Biology/ Biotechnology / IT and he or she must be qualified in JEE (MAIN) / OJEE. The selection criteria for the students will be mainly on the basis of JEE (MAIN) / OJEE ranking. You can fill out the application form at the official website of the university.

Faculty

All of the professors who are present at the college have a personal relationship with the fellow students of the college. The professors teach the students without most interest. The professors are also PhD holders and highly qualified.

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

The campus life after college hours is quite engaging and helps us develop as a person.
Extra curricular activities are into multiple options.
Faculties are good in nature,they teach us like a friend.

Dislikes

Bad condition of the washrooms ,not cleaned.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum includes the real projects which help learn more practically. It would had been better to have more site and industrial visits and export sessions to learn better.The exams are not so difficulty to score.

The pedagogy is excellent since majorly learning is through real-world case studies, reserach papers, peer discussions and interactive class activities. The professors provide materials and pre-reads at the starting of the term and the content is highly focussed on practical learning. The AI sessions are enriching. The difficulty level of exams vary among the instructors but usually is aligned with topics already taught.

there are smart class rooms and good faculty for my course and various extracurricular activities are available for students
you can compete many state and national level competitions such as essay writings, creative writings, debate, poster making, etc.
the management of the university is really commendable. various departments and cells have been established to help students in their academic life such as; placement cells, incubation and innovation centers for young entrepreneurs

Dislikes

students who are engaged in political activities often exercise their dominance over other students
sanitation could be better with the mutual efforts of both the students and the college management
though is a placement cell present, i haven't seen many numbers of students getting employed through the university placement cell

sociology as an academic discipline is really sought after in the recent times. it is considered as one of the most sought elective chosen by the upsc aspirants and the discipline in itself gives you a great chance at understanding your society and other societies about how they function amd operate, provides knowledge about various cultures, health, environment, city structure and so much more. you can pursue higher studies or go for NET exams right after post graduation. you can also work with ngos and other nonprofit organizations. each semester is ideally of 6 months and two exams are there. the difficulty level of exams would range from moderate to high

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well MBBS is a serving degree, if you are interested in serving the people you can choose this degree. It also needs a lot of patience, here we have classes from 7 AM so its a bit hard to wake up this early & ends at 4 PM which causes more trouble coz u won't get to rest properly, usually we end up being tired & lack of sleep, so I think this schedule can have a bit more change with regards to us children. The exams here are done very frequently, as in the class tests are taken up time to time , sometimes surprise tests are also done so u have to be very updated with what's being studied each cls.The internals are held in every trimester & at the end of the year a product exam is being held which is the important one.

My college is best

Likes

Things I like is to good faculty, garden.
VSSUT provides the best amenities and bathrooms.
Excluding hostel & other facilities are like good.

Dislikes

The water quality is not good at all from mess side.
The drainage system is not maintained well.
The surroundings are not clean and the guarda are strict.

Placement Experience:

Some say that the celllege has better placements, but that the salary is not very lucrative. Infosys, Tata Steel, IBM, Wipro, Cisco Systems, Larsen and Cognizant, Maruti Suzuki, Adani Group. My plans are to go to better iim for mba
