Remarks

College is average in infrastructure and the teachers are well known in subject and they care of every other students

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of my interest and the faculty are doctorates and the exams are easy and questions will be easy

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Placement Experience

Basically there is no campus in our college for the UG students so they may have to finish their masters to go for a job.There is no students went for campus in the college but in PG there is campus interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for each year is between 6000-10000 only.There is also government scholarships.

Campus Life

The library is flown out in books and students can easily use out of it The college gives importance to the extra curricular activities like sports department programs

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.
