Remarks

It's a beautiful college situated in the heart of the city of lakes Bhopal. It has a big campus. The professors here are really good and qualified in providing quality education. The placements here are much better than many of the IIT's, especially in the computer science branch. Many students apply here every year by giving the joint entrance examination (IIT JEE) so admission here is on the basis of that and a student is required to score a minimum of 75% marks in 12th boards too.

Course Curriculum Overview

The professors here are really good. The College believes in providing quality education to its students. The student to teacher ratio is about 1:20. Exams are always taken as per the scheduled time.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

The students here are eligible for placements after 3rd year of their BTech various tech giants like Flipkart, amazon google, etc come every year and recruit. The placement percentage of the CS branch here is 100%.the highest package this year was offered by Microsoft 50 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a hike in the fees of 7% every year.it costs about one lakh to study here (including mess and hostel) per year. The institution provides financial aid is provided to students who are unable to pay their fee

Campus Life

Campus life at MANIT Bhopal is worth remembering. Various fests like annual fest, tech fest, etc are organized every year which makes all the students and teachers delighted and fill them up with enthusiasm. The college library is one of the best college libraries nationwide as all sorts of books are available here according to students' needs. The campus has big basketball courts, cricket and football ground, gym, etc as the institution believes in academics as well as good health.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.
