Course Curriculum Overview

Sharnbasva University offers 20 different courses across 4 streams and 7 specialisations. The course is very skilfully designed by the college. It is very comprehensive and informative course giving us every bits of information about the course. Exams are also conducted as per the academic calendar.

Placement Experience

There are wide ranges of companies visiting our campus every year. Companies like Tata consultancy, Infosys, BMW, Bharatiya Airtel, Reliance, Ashoka Group of Hotel's, Azim Premji Foundation and many others visit our campus to recruit students. So many of our senior have got placements with greater scale.

Fee Structure And Facilities

A fees of Rs. 2.38 Lakh is charged from the students in total for the four year B.Tech course. Comparing to other colleges offering similar course, our college charges a very low amount and it is quite feasible.

Campus Life

Campus is very is wonderful and well-furnished. Extra competitions like sports competition are good and we enjoy so much every year. Even debate competition was so good. We also have wonderful library with a huge collection of books.

Admission

After securing a desired marks in my 10+2 examination, I made my appearance to the KCET Entrance Exam as I always wanted to pursue B.Tech in the long run. After the results were out I eventually made my place in the college based on my KCET performance.

The faculty that our college has is one of a kind. The professors are all highly educated and have an extensive knowledge is this background. They are very supportive and encouraging, each of us are free to ask questions whenever in doubt.

Placements are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the 5th semester with PPO's. Companies like Nykaa, ITC, L&T, Axis Bank, TCS, Bosch etc visit the campus. Highest package is 20 LPA, average 8.2 LPA with 100% placements

Great blend of academics and real industry exposure.

Placement Experience:

Since we are going into our 2nd year, our batch hasn't been through campus placement yet. Based on previous batch records, though, students are typically eligible for placements from the 4th trimester onwards, once internships are completed. GIBS had a strong track record, with over 200+ companies visiting campus, including names like Amazon, Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra Finance, etc. The highest package offered was around 20 LPA, and average package was around 8.3 LPA

IISc at a glance: An Institute with a Legacy of Excellence

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Placement Experience:

College provides a proper assistance for placements, all students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there, placements starts for summer internship one two months after entering the college, the procee is on till maximum of students gets placed. In and arround 50-80 companies visit campus for hiring and offers is made to every possible students eligible. Highest package stands at 18 lakhs and is between 10 to 11 lakhs. Nearly every students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there. Ambition and aspiration in my views changes as time proceeds, so I believe in short term goal making, though my plans post degree is to get placed in an MNC to kickstart my career from good position, where learning graph is very high.
