Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was elaborate and comprehensive. While the first year was tentatively easier than the other two years, I was keen on learning one subject each in every semester that became one of my strong subjects.
Placement Experience
In the first year, I had no idea about any internship or placement cell. Through my seniors I got to know about a whatsApp group where the information about internships and placement were circulated. While I am still part of the group but, I don't count on it for any good project to enroll in as they are generally unstipened and the companies extract too much work from the selected students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible definitely. The first year asks for the maximum amount against the other years as it includes the admission fees. Despite that, the education in the university is affordable. The maximum amount would be Rs. 10,520/- which is in the first year.
Campus Life
The university system was different from other Institutions. They conducted workshops, training programs, projects etc. Personally, I found this working system to be better as it helped almost all the students to build up and work on their resume as much as they wanted.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is weak. Even though I am in my final year, the only individuals that are able to help me in planning my career ahead are my professors. There is no alumni that I have come across or spoken to that could actually be of any help to me in terms of sharing information or helping me out with understanding the next step I could take.
Admission
Committing 3 acadmic years and the unlimited seats available was the plus point but, the problem that I faced was my percentage. I was frightened as I was not sure if I was going to get the university with my percentage but, thankfully I did in the second list. My admission was on the basis of merit and the application process was all online.
Faculty
I was very satisfied with my professors as majorly they were very thorough with their knowledge and therefore, they were able to deliver good lecurers almost everytime. It was not only the fact that I had interest in the subject but because, the professors knew how to clear my doubts, I made sure never to miss their lecturers.
