MBBS memories

The college infrastructure and facilities were just awesome. The duration of MBBS is of 5 and half years. In which 4and half years Is for academics and 1 year is for compulsory internship. College provide big playground, gym, laboratories and research labs, auditorium and huge classrooms for the students development.

Placement and job opportunities were fabulous. Different reputed hospitals came to the college for placement drive. As different placement sessions arranged by the college and compulsory internship is provided most of the students placed in reputed hospitals.

The fees structure of the college is quite expensive similar to other medical colleges. College charges about 11-12 lakhs rs per year. Hence installation facility and different scholarships are available for the talented students as well as for poor students.

We participated in each and every extracurricular activity conducted by the college. The seminars, guests lectures are the daily routine of the college. Along with this workshops, different competitions and sports activities are arranged by the college for overall development of students.

The college has 4 hostels. In which 2 hostels are for boys and 2 hostels are for girls. The rules and regulations of the hostel are quite strict. Different facilities are provided by the hostel in each room. The hostel fees is also quite expensive.

Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences - [MIMS] is one of the reputed private Institute in Uttar Pradesh for medical courses. College offers courses such as MBBS, MS and Nursing. After completing my 12th I took admission here for MBBS as I heard about the college status. Admission is based on 12th score along with NEET examination score.

The faculty of the college is excellent. All the facility is highly talented and educated. They knew all the little concepts of medical sciences. Their teaching techniques are also amazing. We learnt all these skills from them in our 4 years of curriculum.
